Venereal Disease 4
Skin Disease 6
Malaria 2
All Others 4
Two soldiers were medivaced to New Zealand.

9. Postings.: With over a month to go before we leave this theatre, we have still not received any postings for Sen NCO's or OR's returning to NZ in May.

10.
Visits by 2IC of V5 Coy. It is felt that a 2IC recce visit is essential for each Coy 2IC prior to his arrival with the Coy Advance party. The indoctrination and introductions he receives during his recce are invaluable for the planning of the Advanced Party. For this handover period the outgoing 2IC will be required to spend much time with the incoming 2IC at a time when he can ill-afford it as he is preoccupied in the preparation for the return of his Coy. It is felt that for any futher Coy handover, the Coy 2IC as well as the Coy Comd must come on a recce visit to Vietnam prior to his arrival with the Advance party.

'Q' MATTERS

11. 100% Stockcheck. During the reporting period a complete stockcheck was held and all adjusting action has now been taken.
12. U.S. Special Service Eqpt. To our knowledge the only item outstanding that was promised earlier in our tour, is the provision of washing machines. Is there any chance that these will arrive before V4 Coy departs so that this request can be completed and closed?
